SEC vs. the rest

Spurred on by this article, I have come up with a monumental idea.

Make two polls. The SEC poll and the rest of the country poll. At the end of the season, have playoffs between the two number ones, number twos and so on. It's the playoff system everyone is talking about. I created it for you!
